Passionate about his profession, Zach Tucker is the attorney you want in your corner when your back is against the ropes. Zach specializes in the areas of the Defense Base Act and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, along with Florida workers’ compensation. In fact, over the course of his career, Zach has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Zach represents clients under the Longshore and Defense Base Acts all over the United States and in other countries across the world.
Zach is a member of the nationwide organization Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG) – created to fight for the rights of injured workers across the country. Zach is currently the WILG Longshore section co-chair, responsible for organizing two national Longshore conferences with speakers and topics to further educate practitioners. WILG’s Board of Directors has awarded Zach the recognition of
“Nation’s Top Injured Workers’ Attorneys” every year since 2016.
